All Elixir Victoria orders are prepared with the utmost care in our atelier. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.
- Express Courier: 1-2 business days via secure logistics partners.
- International Shipping: Available globally. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we operate a strict returns policy to guarantee the integrity of our fragrances.
- Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Opened or sampled fragrances cannot be returned. We highly recommend purchasing a Discovery Set prior to committing to a full-sized bottle.
- Custom Signature formulations are entirely bespoke and non-refundable once the final formulation is approved.
