Shipping Policy
All Elixir Victoria orders are prepared with the utmost care in our atelier. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Shipping fees are paid on delivery and are not included in the order total shown at checkout. Please have your payment ready for the courier on arrival.
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Express Courier: 1-2 business days after dispatch via secure logistics partners.
- International Shipping: We ship globally via trusted, secure courier services. Shipping fees are paid on delivery and are settled directly with the courier on arrival. Estimated delivery times are confirmed when your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we operate a strict returns policy to guarantee the integrity of our fragrances.
- Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Opened or sampled fragrances cannot be returned. We highly recommend purchasing a Discovery Set prior to committing to a full-sized bottle.
- Custom Signature formulations are entirely bespoke and non-refundable once the final formulation is approved.
