3. Custom Signature Services
Our bespoke “Custom Signature” fragrance creation service requires a consultation. Due to the personalized nature of this service, custom formulations are non-refundable once the final formulation has been approved by the client.
4. Shipping and Returns
We strive to deliver your luxury goods in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Due to the intimate nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
